The Moon and the Sun

The night sky was the moon’s time to shine.
Howling at the moon was as if laughing at it
EEK! EEK! The girls would cry at the sight of a vampire bat.

Moon oh, the moon
Outcast is what he thought he was and what he thought sadly he should remain
Oh, and if that wasn’t enough the sun was a lustrous ball of contentment
No not the moon ever was he recognized except when he was, of course, full

Ah, now the sun she was typically there the sun as I said earlier was a radiant ball of
pleasure right well at high
Noon no one was grateful for the sun at that time winter or summer.
Days and nights went by weeks and months and the sun had never once met the moon.

The sun was sometimes bashful, so she would hide behind the clouds and the people were overjoyed in
the summer at least but at
High noon in the winter when there was no clouds in the sky everyone took off their jackets and was
grateful for the sun once more.
Everyone agreed the sun was the um shall I say the STAR of the show.

Shining so bright but will we look at in the night!
U oh, sun shall we only see in the day and in the dark we shall look upon and praise the most
beautiful entity in the night sky.
Now sorry to part with you but this is the end of this poem.
